Delivery & Returns

At the EyewearOutlet.co.uk we use either Royal Mail Dispatch Express or DPD Express Parcel Service for all our deliveries and we aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 4pm on the same day. Within the UK your order will be sent by 1st Class Recorded Delivery or by courier and a signature will be required. We aim to dispatch all completed orders received before 4pm same day and expect most of the orders to our UK customers to be delivered the next working day (although please note that we are dependant on Royal Mail's services and therefore cannot guarantee a next day delivery).

International orders will be sent Royal Mail International Signed For and the delivery time does vary from country to country depending on each countries own postal service. We hope that most orders will be delivered within 3-5 working days.

RETURNS

We hope you will be delighted with your purchase from the EyewearOutlet.co.uk. However, should you wish to return anything bought from us, we will be happy to issue a full refund provided the item is returned in a fully resaleable condition.

Request for returns should be made within 14 days of purchase.

Should you wish to make a return please email details to returns@eyewearoutlet.co.uk quoting your original WEB order reference and the reason for the return. We will then email you a Returns Authorisation (RA) code and our returns procedure.

Once the product has been safely returned, we will check that the item is in a fully resaleable condition and will issue a refund within a maximum of 5 working days. Refunds can only be made to the original card used for the purchase or via Paypal/Google, if applicable. If the refund is requested due to an item being faulty or damaged, we will also refund your postage charges.

IMPORTANT

We strongly advise that you reuse the delivery packaging for the return, to ensure that the item is not damaged in transit. We also recommend that you send the item back using a traceable service such as Royal Mail Recorded Delivery. We cannot be held responsible for returns lost in transit.
